I’m a 32-year-old lawyer in Charleston, West Virginia who started blogging in 2004. Born in Seattle and raised in Parkersburg, West Virginia, I escaped to the west coast for law school but ended up back in the Mountain State to start my career. I graduated from Oberlin College in 1999 with majors in Geology and Environmental Studies. In 2004 I received my J.D. from Lewis & Clark Law School in Portland, Oregon.
